Cancellation Policy

Deposits for scheduling are non-refundable and will be applied as a credit to the final invoiced amount. All appointments include the first 2 hours of consultative and/or diagnostic labor. Material costs are not included. Maintenance & repair tickets that exceed the initial 2 hours are billed at $100/hr in addition to the base cost rounding down in 15 minute windows.
